Beachfront Fitness Center
Perched on the second floor of the Beach Club, the oceanfront Fitness Center is one of the most inspiring places to work out in Costa Rica. Train with crashing waves as your backdrop, watch surfers carve the break below, and let the cool ocean breezes keep you refreshed.
The facility features a full range of cardio equipment, free weights, benches, stability balls, mats, and other top-of-the-line gear. Yoga sessions, personal training, and group fitness classes are regularly offered — schedules are shared with guests and homeowners.
While the Fitness Center typically requires a Beach Club membership or Day Pass, Selva Esencial guests enjoy complimentary access as part of their stay — no extra fees, no day passes needed. Just show up and enjoy your workout with an ocean view.
