Hacienda Pinilla
The Lifestyle
A 4,500-acre private coastal community on Costa Rica's Pacific coast — a place where the jungle still reaches the ocean, and the Pura Vida lifestyle comes alive in its quietest, most elevated form.
The Story
Where the land
still remembers.
Once a working cattle ranch, Hacienda Pinilla was reimagined as a private coastal community without losing the soul of the Guanacaste countryside. Old trees were left standing. Open meadows were kept open. The shape of the land was followed, not rewritten.
Today, its 4,500 acres of protected land meet three miles of Pacific coastline — crossed by forest trails, pastures, and the white-sand beaches of Avellanas, Langosta, and Mansita.
Luxury here doesn't announce itself. It shows up in the silence after sunset, in the way the Beach Club opens to the ocean, in the championship golf course winding between forest and sea.
